These Terms apply to your use of AnchorageRent.com (“AnchorageRent”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. What AnchorageRent is
AnchorageRent is an independent informational website about renting vehicles, storage, parking, places to stay and gear in and around Anchorage, Alaska. We don’t rent, sell or book anything ourselves. Information is provided for general informational purposes — see our Disclaimer.
2. Your decisions are your own
You are responsible for your own travel, rental, booking and purchasing decisions. Please independently verify consequential information — prices, availability, policies, road conditions, schedules and rules — with the provider or relevant agency before you rely on it.
3. Third-party websites and services
AnchorageRent links to independent third-party websites and services. Unless we expressly say otherwise, we don’t own, operate or control them. Third-party sites have their own prices, availability, terms, cancellation policies, refund policies, insurance terms, privacy policies, security practices and operating policies.
Clicking a third-party or affiliate link may take you away from AnchorageRent.com. Any resulting booking, rental, purchase, payment, cancellation, refund, insurance arrangement, service agreement or other transaction is entered into with the applicable third-party provider and is subject to that provider’s terms and policies — not ours.
We can’t control third-party availability, content, pricing, performance, security, policies, fulfillment or services. Including a third-party business, destination, service or link on AnchorageRent does not by itself constitute an endorsement, partnership, sponsorship or guarantee. 6. Using the site
Please use AnchorageRent lawfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, access it in ways that circumvent security measures, or copy substantial portions of our content for republication without permission. Site text, design and original images are owned by AnchorageRent or used with permission; third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
